  • The closest airport to the event is the Nashville International Airport (BNA). It is approximately 8.3 miles from the Gaylord resort.

What is ILTACON?

ILTACON is the premier annual legal tech conference hosted by ILTA, the International Legal Technology Association. This four-day event brings together legal professionals, technology experts, and industry leaders from around the globe. Where Should I Stay during ILTACON?

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

  • Many attendees choose to stay on property at the Gaylord Resort. However, the ILTACON $249/ night room rate is no longer available. You may be able to find limited availability for some dates by booking directly with the hotel.
  • The Gaylord Resort is a part of the Marriott hotel group. You can earn points during your stay if you add your Marriott Bonvoy number.
  • The check-in time is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.

The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

  • ILTA has arranged for overflow accommodations at the nearby The Inn at Opryland at a rate of $209/night. This hotel is 0.5 miles from the conference.
  • The Inn at Opryland is a part of the Marriott hotel group. You can earn points during your stay if you add your Marriott Bonvoy number.
  • The check-in time is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • The Inn at Opryland provides a complimentary shuttle for guests. This shuttle makes a loop between the hotel, the Gaylord Resort where the event is hosted, and the Opry Mills Mall and back. The shuttle begins at 7:50am until 8:00pm daily and runs continuously.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville at Opryland

  • ILTA has arranged for overflow accommodations at the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites at a rate of $165/night. This hotel is 1 mile from the conference.
